全过程工程咨询与设计牵头EPC工程总承包融合管理模式应用研究

摘要:以深圳观澜文化小镇公共服务平台项目为例,研究全过程工程咨询与设计牵头EPC工程总承包融合管理模式的实践应用。该模式通过整合EPC设计牵头主导优势、全过程工程咨询专业化服务及EPC总承包模式的资源统筹能力,构建“设计主导+全咨赋能+施工协同”的融合管理架构,在项目进度控制、成本控制和质量控制方面应用成效显著,解决了传统工程管理模式下各方协同不足与风险失控问题,希望为大型复杂项目提供借鉴。关键词:全过程工程咨询;设计牵头;EPC工程总承包;融合管理模式Abstract:This paper takes the public service platform project of Shenzhen Guanlan Culture Town as a case study to explore the practical application of an integrated management model combining whole-process engineering consulting with architect-led EPC contracting. By integrating the dominant advantages of EPC design leadership,the specialized services of whole-process engineering consulting,and the resource coordination capabilities of the EPC contracting model,this approach establishes a "architect-led + consulting-empowered + construction-collaborative" integrated management framework.
