建筑企业工程项目管理模式选择研究

摘要:建筑企业项目管理模式选择是提升企业核心竞争力的关键环节。本文基于287个工程项目实证研究,从权力分配、风险承担和资源协同三个维度,分析了工程承包、公司控制、利润分享与成员投资四种主流项目管理模式的运行特征。进而构建了融合战略匹配度、项目复杂度、团队能力的三维适配决策模型。研究表明,战略适配度是影响模式选择的首要因素(β=0.427,p<0.05)。本文提出的决策模型与动态管控机制,为建筑企业实现管理模式精准适配提供系统性解决方案,助力企业提升管理精细化水平。关键词:建筑企业;项目管理模式;模式选择;战略适配;决策模型Abstract:The selection of project management models in construction enterprises is a critical factor in enhancing their core competitiveness. This paper,based on empirical research from 287 engineering projects,analyzes the operational characteristics of four mainstream project management models—engineering contracting,corporate control,profit sharing,and member investment,from three dimensions of power distribution,risk bearing and resource coordination. Then constructs a three-dimensional adaptation decision-making model that integrates strategic fit,project complexity,and team capability. The study shows that strategic fit is the primary factor influencing model selection(β=0.427,p<0.05). The decision-making model and dynamic control mechanism proposed in this paper provide a systematic solution for construction enterprises to achieve precise model adaptation,assist enterprises in improving their level of refined management.Keywords:construction enterprises;project management mode;mode selection;strategic fit;decision-making model参考文献[1] Turner J R.
