摘要：本文结合大型建筑企业在投资领域的实践，站在投资驱动的视角去剖析当前大型建筑企业面临的困境以及通过投资驱动方式实现大型建筑企业转型发展目标的必要性和可行性。同时，结合笔者自身工作经验，提出大型建筑企业通过投资驱动方式实现转型发展所需完成的体制机制建设，以期为大型建筑企业的转型发展提供有益的参考。

Abstract：Combined with the practice of large construction enterprises in the investment field，this article analyzes the difficulties faced by large construction enterprises from the perspective of investment driven，the necessity and feasibility of achieving the transformation and development goals of large construction enterprises through investment driven methods. At the same time，combined with the author's own work experience，it proposes the system and mechanism construction required for large construction enterprises to achieve transformation and development through investment driven，in order to provide useful reference for the transformation and development of large construction enterprises.
