摘要：传统城市轨道交通项目建设管理模式存在信息孤岛、数据利用率低、沟通效率不足等问题，难以满足现代城市轨道交通项目建设管理的需求。针对上述问题，本文从企业级管理、项目级管理和技术支撑三个层面，系统阐述了面向城市轨道交通项目建设阶段的数智建设管理平台框架设计及功能应用场景。该平台可实现建设阶段的全过程动态管控，覆盖项目前期策划、设计、施工直至项目移交等关键阶段，显著提升数据共享效率与资源配置效能，促进城市轨道交通项目管理水平的整体提升。

Abstract：Traditional construction management models for urban rail transit projects suffer from issues such as information silos，low data utilization，and inefficient communication，making them inadequate for meeting the demands of modern project management. To address these challenges，this paper systematically elaborates on the framework design and functional application scenarios of a smart construction management platform for the construction phase of urban rail transit projects，from the perspectives of enterprise-level management，project-level management，and technical support. The proposed platform enables dynamic，full-process control during the construction phase，covering key stages from preliminary planning，design，and construction to project handover. It significantly improves data-sharing efficiency and resource allocation effectiveness，thereby enhancing the overall level of project management.
