摘要：城市轨道交通工程施工成本控制难度大，精细化管理成为相关施工企业解决此问题的主要思路。本文总结了城市轨道交通工程施工成本管理面临的主要问题，基于实践构建了施工成本精细化管理体系，按照PDCA循环理论建立运行机制，全面落实了城市轨道交通工程施工成本的精细化管理。成都轨道交通30号线案例研究结果表明：精细化管理模式在影响成本控制的关键环节上具有显著的应用效果。研究为各类工程施工成本精细化管理提供理论参考和实践经验。

Abstract：Urban rail transit projects face significant challenges in cost control，and refined management has become the primary strategy for relevant construction enterprises to alleviate this issue. This paper summarizes the main problems encountered in the construction cost management of urban rail transit projects. Based on practical experiences，a refined construction cost management system is established. The system operates in accordance with the PDCA（Plan-Do-Check-Act）cycle theory to fully implement refined management of construction costs in urban rail transit projects. The case study of Chengdu Metro Line 30 demonstrates that the refined management model has significant application effects on key aspects that influence cost control outcomes. This research provides theoretical references and practical experiences for the refined management of construction costs in various types of construction projects.
