[摘　要]　分析城市轨道交通工程施工阶段造价控制的常见问题，从制定各项管理办法、履约考评、台账管理三个方面阐述造价控制的总体管理思路，阐述做好计量支付的主要管理环节，总结严格工程洽商、工程变更管理需要采取的具体管理措施。

Abstract: The paper analyzes some common problems of cost control in construction phase for urban rail transit project. From the views of management method, performance evaluation and account management, it discusses the general management idea about cost control, and expounds the main management processes for measurement and payment, puts forward concrete measures for engineering negotiation and change management.
