摘要：工程索赔是合同当事人因非自身原因遭受损失时向对方提出赔偿或补偿的重要手段，对维护权益、降低风险意义重大。通过文献研究和专家访谈识别影响因素，运用AHP-DEMATEL法对工程索赔的影响因素及其权重进行系统分析，确定了关键因素。研究指出，完善索赔证据、积极应对索赔事件、优化谈判策略、强化风险管理、打造专业团队、敏锐把握索赔机会、合理核算索赔诉求等策略，可有效提升索赔管理水平，保障合同执行，降低项目风险。

Abstract：Engineering claim is an important means for the parties to the contract to make compensation or compensation to the other party when they suffer losses for non-self-causes，which is of great significance for safeguarding rights and interests and reducing risks. This paper identifies the influencing factors through literature research and expert interviews，and uses the AHP-DEMATEL method to systematically analyze the influencing factors and their weights of engineering claim management，and determines the key factors. The research points out that timely filing of claim evidence，actively responding to claim events，optimizing negotiation strategies，strengthening risk management，building a professional team，keenly grasping claim opportunities，and reasonably calculating claim demands，can effectively improve the level of claim management，ensure contract execution，reduce project risks.
