业主方全过程工程咨询管控效能提升策略研究

摘要:以提升业主方全咨管控效能为目标,在对全咨管控现状分析的基础上,就业主方如何提升全咨管控效能提供建议:科学分析项目需求和目标定位、选择与工程项目相契合的咨询业务组合模式、优化全咨服务企业选定机制、设置科学合理的管理考评体系、建立高效顺畅的沟通协调机制,以期为业主方提升全咨管控效能提供有益参考。关键词:业主方;全过程工程咨询;管控效能;提升策略Abstract:Aiming to enhance the effectiveness of the owner's overall consulting management and control,this paper provides suggestions on how the owner can achieve this goal based on an analysis of the current status of overall consulting management and control. These suggestions include scientifically analyzing project needs and target positioning,selecting a consulting business model that aligns with the project,optimizing the selection mechanism for overall consulting service enterprises,establishing a scientific and reasonable management evaluation system,and creating an efficient and smooth communication and coordination mechanism.
