摘要：在国家创新驱动发展战略背景下，新质生产力已成为产业园区更新转型的重要引擎。本文在分析新质生产力内涵的基础上，基于动力传导、价值跃迁、范式重构等，多维度探讨新质生产力与产业园区更新的逻辑关联，结合当前产业园区发展的现实困境，从理念革新、要素重构、生态构建、路径选择等方面提出新质生产力引领产业园区更新的实践路径，以期为产业园区的高质量发展提供理论支撑和实践指南。

Abstract：Under the background of the national innovation driven development strategy，new quality productivity has become an important engine for the renewal and transformation of industrial parks. Based on the analysis of the connotation of new quality productivity，this article explores the logical relationship between new quality productivity and industrial park renewal from multiple perspectives，including power transmission，value transition，and paradigm reconstruction. Combining with the current development difficulties of industrial parks，this article proposes a path for new quality productivity to lead industrial park renewal from the aspects of conceptual innovation，factor reconstruction，ecological construction，and path selection，in order to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the high-quality development of industrial parks.
