摘要：历史建筑更新是城市更新的重要内容。基于历史建筑更新目标，阐释历史建筑更新应秉持的原则，探讨历史建筑更新中“价值实现”的策略方法，包括应把文化保护放在优先位置，谨慎平衡文化保护与功能活化之间的关系；在建筑更新改造的实施过程中，坚持价值识别与价值评估先行，选择适配性强的干预技术，注重社区参与等。

Abstract：The renovation of historical buildings is an important part of urban renewal. Based on the goals of historical building renewal，this article elaborates on the principles that should be upheld in the renewal of historical buildings，explores the strategies and methods for "value realization" in historical building renewal，including prioritizing cultural protection and carefully balancing the relationship between cultural protection and functional activation；In the implementation process of building renewal and renovation，adhere to value recognition and evaluation as the priority，choose intervention techniques with strong adaptability，and pay attention to community participation.
