基于不同经营状况的大型施工企业EPC设计管理组织构建研究

摘要:为实现对联合体EPC项目的有效设计管理,深入探讨大型施工企业在不同经营状况下的设计管理组织构建策略。首先,介绍大型施工企业的整体组织架构,明确各个层级的职能定位;接着,梳理联合体EPC项目全生命周期的设计管理任务,并按专业性强弱作了系统分类。在此基础上,提出适用于单一项目、单一区域多项目以及跨区域多项目这三种不同状况的设计管理组织构建方案,阐述相应的组织架构和职责分工,并分析每种架构的优缺点。

Abstract:In order to realize effective design management of consortium EPC projects,the construction strategy of design management organization under different operational conditions were discussed. First,the overall organizational structure of large construction enterprises was introduced,and the functional orientation of each level was defined. Then,the design management tasks throughout the entire life of consortium EPC project were sorted out and systematically classified according to the degree of professionalism. On this basis,three schemes of design management organization were proposed,tailored to single project,multiple projects within a single region,and multiple projects across regions. The corresponding organizational structures and responsibilities were elaborated,and the advantages and disadvantages of each scheme were analyzed.
