摘要：工程总承包项目的合同因其综合性和复杂性经常会引起合同结算争议进而影响项目的顺利实施和收尾，本文梳理工程总承包项目合同结算过程中关于合同总价审定、合同工期认定、材料价差调整、设计变更等方面存在的问题，并提出相应的处理建议，旨在为工程总承包项目的招投标、合同签订和合同结算提供参考。

Abstract：The EPC contracts often lead to disputes during contract settlement due to their comprehensiveness and complexity，which can affect the smooth implementation and completion of the project. This article reviews issues related to the determination of the total contract price，the recognition of the contract duration，material adjustments，and design changes during the contract settlement process of EPC projects，and provides corresponding handling suggestions. The aim is to offer references for the bidding，contract signing，and contract settlement of EPC projects.
