重庆市商品房价格与经济基本面:基于时间序列数据的分析

[摘 要] 房地产价格的大幅上升是经济基本面的合理反映、还是偏离基本面的泡沫体现,需要认真分析。运用计量经济模型中的协整检验、格兰杰因果检验和误差修正模型,对重庆市商品房价格和经济基本面之间的关系进行了分析研究,得出二者基本适应的结论。[关键词] 商品房价格,经济基本面,计量经济模型Abstract: Sharp rise of property price is a reasonable reflection of economic fundamentals, or else the bubble deviating from the fundamentals, needs to be analyzed carefully. This article analyzes the relationship between the commercial housing price and the economy of Chongqing by using econometric models in the co-integration test, Granger causality test and error correction model, comes to a conclusions that the relationship is in harmony.Key words: price of commercial housing, economic fundamentals, econometric model[参考文献][1]Gottlieb.
