摘要：当前EPC模式已成为实现项目快速交付和质量控制的重要方式。以南部新城基础设施EPC项目为例，分析BIM技术在业主设计管控与协同体系中的应用。针对EPC项目中资料多、图纸复杂、技术要求高等特点，提出通过建立BIM协同平台，实现覆盖全项目阶段和项目主体的集成化组织模式。研究表明，BIM设计管控协同体系实现了设计协同管理，提高了业主方的设计管理效率，为同类项目的设计管理提供参考，也为新城基础设施项目采用EPC模式提供好的方案。

Abstract：EPC model，with its integrated design，procurement，and construction processes，has become a key method for achieving rapid project delivery and quality control. This paper uses the Southern New Town infrastructure EPC project as a case study，focusing on the application of BIM technology in the owner's design management and coordination system. Considering the characteristics of EPC projects such as extensive data，complex drawings，multiple professions，complicated technology and so on，this study proposes the establishment of a BIM collaborative platform. Utilizing the advantages of BIM visualization and collaboration，this platform assists in design management to address issues arising from the aforementioned characteristics. The BIM design management and control coordination system realizes collaborative management in design，improves the design management efficiency of the owner，provides a reference for design management of similar projects，and offers a viable solution for adopting the EPC model in new town infrastructure projects.
