政府回购安置房建设模式研究——以温州市鹿城区为例

摘要:当前城中村改造备受关注,城中村改造实施模式在各城市也皆有不同,除了房屋产权调换安置、市场化安置、房票安置模式外,还有回购安置房模式。通过分析温州市城中村改造中政府回购安置房建设模式全流程,探讨此模式的实施要点,希望为多元化住房供应背景下其他城市城中村改造提供经验借鉴。关键词:城中村改造;政府购买服务;安置房;资金平衡Abstract:Currently,urban village renovation has always been the most concerned. There are several implementation models in different cities. Besides the models of property rights exchange,market-based resettlement,and housing ticket resettlement models,there is also the model of purchasing construction services for resettlement.
