摘要：当前城中村改造备受关注，城中村改造实施模式在各城市也皆有不同，除了房屋产权调换安置、市场化安置、房票安置模式外，还有回购安置房模式。通过分析温州市城中村改造中政府回购安置房建设模式全流程，探讨此模式的实施要点，希望为多元化住房供应背景下其他城市城中村改造提供经验借鉴。

Abstract：Currently，urban village renovation has always been the most concerned. There are several implementation models in different cities. Besides the models of property rights exchange，market-based resettlement，and housing ticket resettlement models，there is also the model of purchasing construction services for resettlement. This paper analyzes the whole process of the government's purchasing construction services for resettlement in Wenzhou，discusses the specific application of this model，in order to provide better experience for Urban village renovation in other cities.
