摘要：在国家和地方层面积极推进“好房子”建设背景下，构建健康人居环境已成为住宅品质提升的核心议题。本文在梳理《健康社区评价标准》指标体系的基础上，结合平潭鲁能公馆项目，深入探讨“好房子”导向下健康社区建设在社区空气质量、水环境、舒适性、健身、人文环境、社区服务等方面的技术措施，并分析健康社区建设的综合效益，希望为健康社区考量下的“好房子”建设提供参考。

Abstract：Under the background of the national policy orientation of "good house" construction，building a healthy living environment has become the core issue of residential quality improvement. This paper sorts out the index system of "Healthy Community Evaluation Standard"，with the "Good House" construction guidance as the benchmark，combining with the Pingtan Luneng Mansion project，discusses technical measures in the aspects of community air quality，water environment，comfort，fitness，cultural environment，community services，etc.，analyzes the comprehensive benefits of building healthy community，hoping to provide reference for the construction of "good houses" under the consideration of healthy community.
