摘要：建筑领域是我国能源消耗和碳排放的主要领域之一，“双碳”目标下，建筑业碳减排压力与日俱增。在此背景下，建筑企业正面临着前所未有的复杂局势，综合考虑当下政策、技术创新、市场、商业模式等多元因素，全面分析建筑企业在“双碳”目标冲击下所面临的机遇与挑战，结合政策走向、技术革新、市场动态与商业模式创新，提出建筑企业应对策略，希望为建筑企业可持续发展提供有力支撑。

Abstract：The construction industry is one of the main areas of energy consumption and carbon emissions in China. Under the "dual carbon" goal，the pressure to reduce carbon emissions in the construction industry is increasing day by day. In this context，construction enterprises are facing an unprecedented complex situation. Taking into account various factors such as current policies，technological innovation，market，and business models，this article comprehensively analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced by construction enterprises under the impact of the "dual carbon" target. Combining policy trends，technological innovation，market dynamics，and business model innovation，proposes response strategies for construction enterprises，hoping to provide strong support for their sustainable development.
