摘要：随着新一代信息技术的飞速发展，数字孪生智慧校园的建设与运维管理日益成为研究热点。本文系统梳理并深入分析了数字孪生智慧校园建设管理的关键环节，涵盖设计阶段的需求分析、招标阶段的技术规范、实施阶段的精细化管理、运维管理团队的专业化发展以及信息安全保障体系构建等，以期为数字孪生智慧校园的建设与可持续运维提供实践指导与理论支撑。

Abstract：With the rapid advancement of intelligent and digital technologies，the construction and operation management of digital twin smart campuses have become a focal point of research. This paper provides an in-depth exploration of the key aspects in the construction and management of digital twin smart campuses，including requirement analysis during the design phase，technical specifications for the bidding phase，precision implementation in on-site execution，professional development of management teams，and strategic safeguards for information security. The study aims to provide both practical experience and theoretical support for the construction and operation management of smart campuses.
