摘要：施工工效直接影响装配式建筑的成本控制、企业盈利以及技术创新。为有效提高装配式建筑施工工效，本文分别从人员、设备、材料、方法、环境、管理角度，确定6个一级评价指标和25个二级评价指标构建装配式建筑施工工效的评价指标体系；基于组合赋权（AHP-EWM）与灰色聚类分析，构建施工工效评价模型。以石家庄市某装配式建筑项目为例，验证方法有效性。研究表明，该体系可科学评估施工工效水平，找到影响工效的关键因素，并为提升施工工效提出针对性优化建议。

Abstract：The low construction efficiency of prefabricated buildings directly affects the cost control，market acceptance，corporate profitability and technological innovation of prefabricated buildings. In order to effectively improve the construction efficiency and promote its development，this paper determines 6 first-level evaluation indicators and 25 second-level evaluation indicators from the perspectives of personnel，equipment，materials，methods，environment and management to construct an evaluation index system for the construction efficiency of prefabricated buildings. And constructs a construction efficiency evaluation model based on combined empowerment（AHP-EWM）and gray cluster analysis. Taking a prefabricated building project in Shijiazhuang city as an example，verifies the effectiveness of the method. The study shows that the system can scientifically evaluate the level of construction efficiency，find the key factors that mainly affect the efficiency，and put forward targeted optimization suggestions for improving the level of construction efficiency.
