摘要：整合IPD（集成项目交付）、BIM（建筑信息模型）技术以及精益建造理论，同时引入团队信任机制，创造性地提出了高铁建设项目全过程管理模型——TCL模型（Trust-Cooperation-Lean）。该模型以“信任、协作和精益”为核心理念，旨在提高高铁站城融合项目的管理效率，降低成本，提升协同性。通过杭州西站项目的案例分析，展示了该管理模型在实际应用中的效果。结果表明，TCL模型通过引入信任机制和构建协同管理平台，能够显著减少设计变更，提高施工效率和项目整体效益，为未来高铁建设项目的管理提供了新的思路。

Abstract：This paper proposes integrating IPD（Integrated Project Delivery），BIM（Building Information Model）technology and lean construction theory，as well as introducing team trust mechanism. This is a whole new process management model of high-speed rail construction project-TCL model. The model takes "trust，cooperation and lean construction" as the core concept. It aims to improve the management efficiency，reduce the cost and enhance the synergy of high-speed railway station urban integration projects. The practical application is demonstrated by the case analysis of Hangzhou West Railway Station project. This is an effect of this management model. The results show that TCL model can significantly reduce design changes，improve construction efficiency and overall benefit of the project. It does so by introducing trust mechanism and building a collaborative management platform，which provides a new idea for the management of high-speed rail construction projects in the future.
