摘要：建筑业新质生产力有望推动农村人居环境品质提升和农村住房建设高质量发展。本文在分析建筑业新质生产力的基本内涵与关键特征的基础上，从理念、方法、技术等角度探讨新质生产力赋能农村住房建设的实践路向，通过理念赋能构建定制化模块化的农村住房设计体系，借助方法赋能优化绿色低碳导向的农村住房建造模式，依托技术赋能推广服务需求导向的技术系统。

Abstract：The new quality productive forces hold significant potential for enhancing rural living environments and promoting high-quality development of rural housing construction. This paper begins by analyzing the fundamental connotations and key features of the new quality productive forces in the construction sector，explores practical approaches for empowering rural housing construction through three dimensions：conceptual innovation，methodological advancement，and technological integration. Specifically，conceptual empowerment establishes a customized and modularized rural housing design system；methodological empowerment optimizes green and low-carbon-oriented construction modes；and technological empowerment promotes demand-driven technical systems.
