我国核电工程经济性提升研究——以华龙一号为例

摘要:伴随我国“碳达峰·碳中和”战略目标的提出,核能发展迎来新阶段。然而,在国内核电市场中存在着两种主要的反应堆类型:一是由中国核工业集团和中国广核集团自主研发的华龙一号堆型,另一则是国家电力投资集团所采用的AP系列堆型。这两种堆型在国内核电领域形成了竞争态势。当前,华龙一号堆型正面临着一定的发展挑战。本文分析华龙一号与AP1000的技术经济特征,通过对华龙一号与AP1000核电工程造价进行深入剖析,发现华龙一号在经济性方面仍存在进一步提升的空间。通过优化设计与建造流程、加大关键设备国产化、采用先进施工技术、重视厂址开发与保护等一系列措施,华龙一号有望在未来实现更高的经济效益,增强其在国际核电市场的竞争力。

Abstract:With the proposal of China's strategic goal of "carbon peaking and carbon neutralization",the development of nuclear energy has ushered in a new stage. However,there are two main reactor types in the domestic nuclear power market:one is the hualong-one reactor type independently developed by China Nuclear Industry Corporation and China Guangdong Nuclear Power Corporation,and the other is the AP series reactor type adopted by the state power investment group. These two reactor types have formed a competitive situation in the field of domestic nuclear power. At present,the hualong-one reactor is facing certain development challenges. This paper analyzes the technical and economic characteristics of hualong-one and AP1000. Through in-depth analysis of the cost of hualong-one and AP1000 nuclear power projects,it is found that there is still room for further improvement in the economy of hualong-one. Through a series of measures such as optimizing the design and construction process,increasing the localization of key equipment,adopting advanced construction technology,and paying attention to site development and protection,hualong-one is expected to achieve higher economic benefits in the future and enhance its competitiveness in the international nuclear power market.
