摘要：数字化转型是推动新质生产力发展的重要引擎。本文对建筑业数字化转型的历史和趋势、建筑业企业数字化关键技术应用现状进行分析，通过调研常州市建筑企业数字化关键技术应用状况，分析建筑业企业在数字化技术应用方面的发展阶段、应用场景以及存在的问题；最后，提出建筑业企业数字化转型的发展路径，即管理数字化转型驱动业务数字化转型，强调企业在推动数字化转型中的重点方向。文章旨在为常州市及更广泛地区的建筑业企业提供数字化转型的参考方向和实践路径。

Abstract：Digital transformation is an important engine driving the development of new quality productivity. This paper analyzes the background of the construction enterprises digital transformation，as well as the current situation of key digital technology applications in construction enterprises. Through a survey of the digital application situation of construction enterprises in Changzhou，the paper analyzes the development stages，application scenarios，and existing problems of digital applications in the construction industry. Finally，it proposes the development path of digital transformation for construction enterprises in Changzhou，namely，management digitalization driving business digitalization，emphasizing the direction of enterprises in promoting digital transformation. The paper aims to provide reference directions and practical pathways for the digital transformation of construction enterprises in Changzhou and wider areas.
