摘要：概述供应链金融的含义、业务模式及其应用的策略要点，以C企业为例，深入分析供应链金融在基建企业的具体应用，包括供应链金融的线上平台建设、业务模式以及事前、事中、事后的风险管理，从供应商、C企业、金融机构三个层面阐述开展供应链金融带来的效益，并进一步展望C企业供应链金融的未来发展之路。

Abstract：This paper summarizes the meaning of supply chain finance，business model and effective strategies for its application. Taking Enterprise C as an example，it deeply analyzes the specific application of supply chain finance in infrastructure enterprises，including supply chain finance business model，platform construction and risk management，and expounds the benefits brought by carrying out supply chain finance from three levels of suppliers，enterprise C and financial institutions，and further looks forward to the future development of enterprise C's supply chain finance.
