基于KANO模型的全咨业主需求优先级整理研究

摘要:本文通过文献研究、业内人士访谈、数据分析等方法,深度挖掘全咨业主12项需求。依据问卷和KANO模型对业主需求进行分类和优先级整理,结合Be-Wo、γi-Ri和μi等指标计算每项需求的重要性和优先级,结果表明,造价咨询和工程监理需求优先级最高、最不可或缺,BIM咨询和招标代理需求重要度低、但受业主青睐。关键词:全过程工程咨询;KANO模型;业主需求;优先级Abstract:Through literature research,interviews with industry insiders,data analysis and other methods,this paper deeply explored the 12 requirements of the whole consulting company. According to the questionnaire and KANO model,the owner's needs are classified and prioritized. The importance and priority of each demand is calculated by combining Be-Wo,γi-Ri and μi and other indicators.
