摘要：本文探讨在EPC项目中实现全过程、全要素统筹的设计管理方法，提出“四部融合”的设计管理理念，分析“四部融合”内涵，并结合实际案例介绍设计管理创造超额价值、助力项目履约的步骤，以期为工程技术企业开展设计管理提供借鉴。

Abstract：This paper discusses the design management method of realizing the overall planning of the whole process and all elements in EPC project，puts forward the design management concept of "four parts integration"，analyzes the connotation of "four parts integration"，and introduces the steps of design management to create excess value and help the project performance with practical cases，so as to provide reference for engineering technology enterprises to carry out design management.
