老旧小区宜居改造的做法及经验启示

摘要:随着城市步入存量提升的新阶段,住房需求从“数量满足”转向“品质提升”,老旧小区的改造成为了回应民众期待、优化居住环境、推动“宜居好房—和谐小区”建设的核心路径。本文以扬州市为例,分析老旧小区宜居改造做法并提炼相关经验和启示,以期为老旧小区提升改造提供有益借鉴。关键词:老旧小区;宜居改造;经验总结;城市更新Abstract:As the city enters a new stage of stock enhancement,the demand for housing has shifted from "quantity satisfaction" to "quality enhancement",and the renovation of old districts has become a core path to respond to people's expectations,optimize the living environment,and promote the construction of "livable and good housing-harmonious district".
