BIM数据安全现状与应对措施建议

摘要:BIM数据作为建筑信息的重要载体,包含建筑全生命周期的关键信息,其安全性与国家基础数据安全密切相关。随着数字化技术的快速发展,数据体量呈指数级增长,BIM数据安全面临的威胁和风险不断升级。本研究通过系统梳理当前BIM数据安全管理现状,结合行业应用调研,发现BIM数据安全整体处于弱可控状态,潜在风险显著。基于现状分析,本文从构建BIM数据安全管理体系、完善BIM安全法律法规与标准体系、建立BIM软件工具清单及评估机制、强化安全意识提升与安全培训五个维度,提出针对性的改进
措施。

Abstract:Building Information Modelling(BIM)data,as a critical carrier of building information,encompasses key information throughout the entire lifecycle of a project,and its security is closely related to the security of national foundational data. With the rapid development of digital technology,the volume of data is growing exponentially,and the threats and risks to BIM data security are escalating. Through a systematic review of the current status of BIM data security management and industry application research,this study reveals that BIM data security is generally in a state of weak controllability,with significant potential risks. Based on the analysis of the current situation,this paper proposes targeted improvement measures from five dimensions:establishing a BIM data security management system,enhancing BIM security laws,regulations,and standard systems,creating a BIM software tool inventory and evaluation mechanism,and strengthening security awareness and training.
