摘要：为明确绿色建筑认证标准对成本管控的多方面影响，首先探讨决策、设计、招投标、施工以及竣工等不同阶段中绿色建筑认证标准如何影响项目成本。在此基础上，提出绿色建筑认证标准下成本管控的优化措施，希望为实现绿色建筑可持续发展与成本管控高效平衡提供参考。

Abstract：To clarify the multifaceted impact of green building certification standards on cost management，this paper first explores how green building certification standards affect cost management in different stages such as decision-making，design，bidding，construction，and completion. On this basis，proposes optimization measures for cost management under the green building certification standards，hoping to provide reference for achieving efficient balance of sustainable development and cost management of green buildings.
