摘要：改造工程中业主与承包方双方之间的工程量复核计算是十分繁琐的一项工作。本研究以某学校实验楼改造工程为例，用 BIM 软件建立该实验楼三维模型，并对改造房间进行深化建模。通过改造前后的实体模型可导出对应的工程量，通过与最终核算结果进行对比发现，其平均误差为2.93%。研究结果得出，新方法不仅在计算工程量方面具有很好的准确性，而且可以通过查看项目的三维实体模型，实现工程量的自动化在线核算。该研究可以为类似改造项目工程量复核提供有效参考。

Abstract：The review and calculation of the engineering quantity between the owner and the contractor in the renovation project is a very tedious task. Taking the renovation project of a laboratory building as an example，this study uses BIM software to establish a three-dimensional model of the laboratory building and deepen the modeling of the renovated room. Through the solid model before and after the transformation，the corresponding engineering quantity can be derived. By comparing with the manual calculation results，it is found that the average error is 2.93%. The research results show that the three-dimensional BIM model has good accuracy. Both engineers can achieve automated online calculation of engineering quantities by viewing the 3D solid model of the project. This study offers a valuable reference for reviewing the quantities in similar renovation projects.
