摘要：装配式建筑是建筑业转型升级的重要方向之一，但成本偏高阻碍了其发展。从全寿命周期视角全面分析装配式建筑成本构成及其影响因素，结合层次分析法与模糊综合评价法，探讨全寿命周期各环节中对成本影响较大的因素，针对性地提出成本控制建议。

Abstract：Assembled building is one of the important directions for the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry. However，the high cost has become one of the factors hindering its development. This paper comprehensively analyzes the cost composition of assembly building and its influencing factors from the perspective of whole life cycle，combines hierarchical analysis method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method，explores the indicators of the factors that have a greater impact on the cost in each link of the whole life cycle，and puts forward the cost control suggestions on the basis of targeting.
