基于AHP的装配式建筑全寿命周期成本控制研究

摘要:装配式建筑是建筑业转型升级的重要方向之一,但成本偏高阻碍了其发展。从全寿命周期视角全面分析装配式建筑成本构成及其影响因素,结合层次分析法与模糊综合评价法,探讨全寿命周期各环节中对成本影响较大的因素,针对性地提出成本控制建议。关键词:装配式建筑;成本控制;全寿命周期Abstract:Assembled building is one of the important directions for the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry. However,the high cost has become one of the factors hindering its development.
