摘要：修缮作为提升建筑功能，延续建筑使用寿命的有效手段，在建筑存量时代，其投资逐年提升。工程总承包模式具有优化建设周期、有利于发挥设计施工企业技术管理优势等特点。为适应高校教育科研事业的发展，高校修缮工程也在积极探索采用工程总承包模式。本文在分析工程总承包模式及高校修缮工程特点的基础上，梳理了工程总承包模式在执行过程中投资控制的风险并据此提出了相应的控制措施，以期提升教育资金的使用效率，并为同类工程提供参考。

Abstract：As an effective means to improve the function of the building and extend the service life of the building，the investment in the repairing engineering has increased year by year in the era of building stock. The general contracting has the characteristics of short construction period，integrated design and construction，and giving full play to the technical management advantages of construction enterprises. In order to adapt to the development of university education and scientific research，the repairing engineering of universities is also actively exploring the use of general contracting. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the general contracting and the repairing engineering，this paper sorts out the risks of investment control in the implementation process of the general contracting，and proposes corresponding control measures，in order to improve the efficiency of the use of education funds，and provide reference for similar projects.
