绿色建筑全寿命周期成本影响因素研究

摘要:以绿色建筑为研究对象,通过文献研究法、专家访谈法和主成分分析法构建包括决策、设计、施工、运营与回收处理以及其他因素五个维度的绿色建筑全寿命周期成本影响因素指标体系,再采用DEMATEL-熵权法对各影响因素进行分析,明确绿色建筑全寿命周期各维度的重要影响因素,以此提出针对性的成本控制措施。关键词:绿色建筑;成本控制;影响因素;DEMATEL-熵权法Abstract:With green building as the research object,through the literature research method,expert interview and principal component analysis,the paper builds green building whole life cycle cost influencing factors index system,with five dimensions of decision stage,design stage,construction stage,operation and recycling stage and other factors.Then analyzes the influencing factors by the DEMATEL-entropy weight method,determines important cost factors of green building whole life cycle,to put forward specific cost control measures.Keywords:green building;cost control;influencing factors;DEMATEL-entropy weight method参考文献[1] JuanYK,LeePH.
