基于项目组合管理理论的城市片区统筹更新决策研究

摘要:城市片区统筹更新是实现城市更新的重要方式,也是推动城市高质量发展的有力支撑。在深入分析城市片区统筹更新和新建项目决策差异性的基础上,结合城市片区统筹更新的实践分析项目组合管理理论在片区统筹更新决策中应用的适用性,重点阐述城市片区统筹更新项目组合决策的关键流程,以期促进片区更新前期多项目组合决策高效高质量完成。关键词:城市更新;片区统筹;项目组合管理;决策流程Abstract:The coordinated regeneration of urban areas is a significant way to achieve urban regeneration and a powerful support for promoting high-quality urban development.
