零碳建筑关键绿色建造技术研究——以全国零碳建筑首批示范工程绍兴龙山书院项目为例

摘要:本研究以绍兴龙山书院项目为研究案例,从绿色建材、绿色施工、绿色运营方面对零碳建筑实施路线进行探索研究;此外,着重绿色施工阶段,依据实测数据计算项目物化阶段的能源消耗量,并根据每种能源的碳排放因子,结合建筑材料碳排放量,进行零碳建筑物化阶段碳排放计算,从而探讨先进建造技术在零碳建筑物化阶段的减碳潜势。本研究可为零碳建筑物化阶段的建造施工过程提供借鉴和指导。关键词:零碳建筑;建造技术;碳排放;物化阶段Abstract:This study takes the Longshan Academy project in Shaoxing as a case,and explores the implementation route of zero-carbon buildings from the aspects of green building materials,green construction,and green operation;in addition,focusing on the green construction stage,it calculates the energy consumption and carbon emission during the materialization stage,based on the measured data and the carbon emission factors,so as to explore the carbon reduction potential of advanced construction techniques in the zero-carbon building materialization.
