建筑企业员工智能建造能力培养的影响因素与应对策略

摘要:准确识别建筑企业员工智能建造能力培养的关键影响因素,并分析各因素间的内在逻辑关系,有助于为企业的数字化转型提供坚实的人才支撑。通过文献研究与专家修正,确定13个智能建造能力培养的影响因素,并采用FISM-MICMAC方法对这些因素进行计算分析,得出员工智能建造能力培养影响因素的多级递阶有向图。该方法将13个因素划分为7个层级和4个象限,揭示影响智能建造能力培养效果的根本原因。研究结果为建筑企业及相关部门在智能建造人才培养方面提供应对策略。

Abstract:Accurately identifying the key influencing factors for cultivating intelligent construction capabilities among construction enterprise employees and analyzing the internal logical relationships between these factors can provide robust talent support for the digital transformation of enterprises. Through literature review and expert validation,13 influencing factors for cultivating intelligent construction capabilities were identified. Using the FISM-MICMAC method,these factors were calculated and analyzed,resulting in a multi-level hierarchical directed graph of the influencing factors. The method categorizes the 13 factors into seven levels and four quadrants,revealing the root causes that affect the effectiveness of intelligent construction capability cultivation. The research findings offer strategic recommendations for construction enterprises and related departments in training intelligent construction talent.
