摘要：大型交通枢纽是促进区域经济协调发展的重要引擎，其工程质量管理效果对项目运营效益具有重要影响。本文以北京城市副中心综合交通枢纽建设项目为例，系统剖析大型交通枢纽工程质量管理的突出问题，梳理其质量管理策略，以期为大型交通枢纽工程质量管理提供参考。

Abstract：Mega transportation hubs are important engines for promoting coordinated regional economic development，and the effectiveness of construction quality management has a significant impact on the project operational benefits. This study takes the construction project of Beijing Urban Sub-enter Comprehensive Transportation Hub as an example to systematically analyze the prominent issues in quality management of mega transportation hub construction projects. It summarizes the quality management strategies，providing references for the quality management of mega transportation hub construction projects.
