基于智能生产的钢筋工程成本核算研究——以广西30个传统现场加工模式项目和94个智能生产模式项目为例

摘要:本文将建筑业新质生产力的发展落实到房屋建筑工程智能建造场景中,基于智能建造的数字设计、智能生产、智能施工等技术,将钢筋工程传统现场加工模式转型升级为数字驱动工厂化智能生产模式。为测算两种模式的成本,本文分别对30个钢筋工程传统现场加工成本数据和94个广西建工集团智能生产成本数据进行调研分析,建立两种模式的加工成本核算模型,并进行成本核算研究。研究表明,选取的30个项目钢筋工程传统现场加工成本均高于工厂智能生产成本,差额区间为每吨139.51~415.88元,采用智能生产模式,单吨钢筋加工成本降低最高可达50.27%。钢筋工程智能生产将数字设计成果驱动工厂智能装备及焊接机器人,创新优化工艺和流程,且生产过程与质量追溯系统对接,保证了钢筋工程质量和全过程可追溯,实现了钢筋工程的提质增效,为“钢筋制作安装”转型升级提供理论支撑,可促进新质生产力的发展。

Abstract:This paper applies the development of new quality productivity in the construction industry to the intelligent construction scenario of building engineering. Based on digital design,intelligent production,intelligent construction and other technologies of intelligent construction,the traditional on-site processing mode of steel reinforcement engineering is transformed and upgraded to a digital driven factory intelligent production mode. To calculate the costs of two modes. This paper conducted research and analysis on 30 traditional on-site processing cost data of steel reinforcement engineering and 94 intelligent production cost data of Guangxi Construction Group,established processing cost accounting models for the two modes,and conducted cost accounting research. Research has shown that the traditional on-site processing cost of steel reinforcement engineering in the selected 30 projects is higher than the intelligent production cost of the factory,with a difference range of 139.51-415.88 yuan per ton. Adopting the intelligent production mode can reduce the processing cost of a single ton of steel reinforcement by up to 50.27%. The intelligent production of steel reinforcement engineering drives the intelligent equipment and welding robots of the factory with digital design results,innovatively optimizes processes and procedures,and connects the production process with the quality traceability system to ensure the quality and traceability of the entire process of steel reinforcement engineering,achieving the improvement and efficiency of steel reinforcement engineering,providing theoretical support for the transformation and upgrading of "steel reinforcement production and installation",and promoting the development of new quality productivity.
