[摘　要]　针对目前云南省建筑产业效益不高的现状，对云南省建筑业的结构进行分析，发现云南省建筑业的组织结构呈现“倒金字塔”型，所有制结构多元格局正在形成，规模结构层次不均匀，行业结构匹配不合理等。对未来云南省建筑业的结构调整作了探讨性的研究，以期结构转换效益，促进产业绩效的提高。

Abstract: Focusing on the present mediocre situation of economic benefit of Yunnan construction indusry, the paper makes an analysis on the structure industry of it. It indicates that, the organization structure is appearing as an “Inverted Pyramid”form, the diverse pattern of ownership structure is being formed, the level of scale structure is unbalanced, the industry structure matches unreasonably. It also makes an exploring research on the structure reforming of the future construction industy of Yunnan, aiming to make structure converse to benefit, promote the industry benefit.
