建设工程BIM计费标准的分析和探讨

摘要:为规范BIM应用市场环境,国内各地区陆续发布BIM计费指导文件,为工程项目BIM应用实施提供重要依据。然而,不同地区的市场环境、应用要求等影响因素,导致其计费方式各异。通过梳理国内已发布的BIM计费指导文件,本文从工程类型、项目阶段、服务内容等方面分析BIM计费异同情况。为建设工程参与方在制定合理的BIM应用计费方案时提供参考。同时,本文探讨BIM计费未来需要考虑的方向,为后期BIM计费标准研究提供参考。关键词:建设工程;BIM计费;BIM应用;全过程Abstract:In order to standardize the market environment of BIM application,various regions in China have successively issued relevant BIM charge standards,providing an important basis for BIM application in the construction project. However,influence factors such as market environment and BIM application requirements in different regions result in different charge methods. In this paper,the published charge standards in China were reviewed,and similarities and differences of these charge standards were analyzed from several aspects,such as project type,project stage and service content. It provides the reference for project participants to formulate the reasonable charge standard of BIM applications.
