摘要：在高质量发展的背景下，全过程工程咨询有利于在工程建设中提高项目投资决策科学性、提高投资效益和确保工程质量，但也面临着协同管理困难、效益参差不齐的困扰，且业主在全过程工程咨询项目中的统筹引领作用并未得到重视。本文立足业主视角，提出全过程工程咨询架构式管理模式，建构系统框架，阐述该模式特点，论述“三化一体”的模式运行机制，并以某项目为实践对象，总结全过程工程咨询架构式管理模式在电网房建项目中的应用及成效。

Abstract：Under the context of high-quality development，total engineering consultancy is beneficial for engineering construction on improving the scientific and efficiency of project investment，and ensuring engineering quality. However，it also faces difficulties in collaborative management and uneven benefits，and the leading role of owners in total engineering consultancy has not been valued. This paper proposes a architecture management model in total engineering consultancy from the perspective of the owner，constructs a system framework，elaborates on the characteristics of this model，discusses the "three in one" operation mechanism，and takes a certain project as a practical object to summarize the application of the architecture management model in total engineering consultancy，and the effectiveness of power grid building projects.
