摘要：以各地绿色建筑激励政策为文本库，采用文本分析法对我国绿色建筑激励政策体系进行研究，以激励对象与激励措施为重点，剖析激励政策现状与特点，分析存在问题，并针对目前激励政策体系存在的区域不均衡、落地率有待提升、重建设轻运行、重新建轻既有、绿色金融发展不足等问题，进一步提出激励政策优化建议与实施关键要点，为激励政策建设工作提供参考。

Abstract：Based on the green building incentive policy documents，the article analyzes incentive policy system of green buildings with text analysis method. Focusing on incentive object and measures，analyzes the current situation and characteristics of incentive policies，the existing problems of the current incentive policy system such as regional imbalances，implementation rates to be improved，focus on construction over operation，new-built over existing，and insufficient development of green finance. Proposes optimization suggestions and key implementation points for improving and optimizing the incentive system.
