[摘　要]　农村住房制度有其自身独有特征。改革开放以来，农村住房条件和住房管理服务不断改善，但仍存在不少问题。未来几年，农村住房的改革重点要放在村庄规划制订与实施，基础设施、公共服务设施配套建设，旧村整治与农房更新改造，农房建设技术服务指导，农村困难群体住房保障，宅基地、农房流转制度创新六大方面。

Abstract: Rural housing institution has its own characters. Since the reform and opening-up, the living conditions, housing management and services have been improved continuously. At the same time, rural housing institution still has many defects. In the next few years, the reform should put emphases on the drawing up and implementing the village programming, the construction of infrastructure, old village and housing renovating, technical service of housing construction, housing supporting to disadvantaged groups, institutional innovation in ownership change of farm land and farm housing.
