摘要：为适应高校教学科研发展需求，改善实验教学环境，充分发挥实验室的功能作用，需解决当前高校实验室改造过程中普遍存在的缺乏顶层设计、信息化建设滞后、施工与验收标准不严格等问题。为此，本文基于质量源于设计（QbD）理念，提出包含立项管理、施工图设计管理、施工许可管理、施工过程管理和竣工验收管理的全过程工程改造管理要点，希望通过进一步完善实验室改造流程，减少各种安全风险，为高校实验室改造提供参考。

Abstract：In order to meet the needs of teaching and research development in universities，improve the experimental teaching environment，and fully utilize the functions of laboratories，it is necessary to address the common problems of lack of top-level design，lagging information construction，and undemanding construction and acceptance standards in the current process of laboratory renovation in universities. To this end，based on the Quality by Design（QbD）concept，the paper proposes key points of management for the renovation project of university laboratories that includes project approval management，construction drawing design management，construction permit management，construction process management，and completion acceptance management. Hopes to further improve the laboratory renovation mechanism，reduce various safety risks，and provide reference for university laboratory renovation work.
