摘要：在“双老”小区成为社区治理难点的背景下，本文识别老旧小区适老化改造协同治理的多元利益相关者及阻碍因素，构建基于利益相关者对阻碍因素影响力的社会网络模型，梳理项目核心利益相关者及阻碍因素的网络特征并揭示其影响规律。在此基础上针对核心指标提出协同治理策略，以期有温度、有质感地推进我国老旧小区适老化改造项目的建设。

Abstract：Against the backdrop of "double-aging" neighborhoods becoming a point of difficulty in community governance，this study identifies the diverse stakeholders and multidimensional barrier factors involved in collaborative governance for aging-friendly renovation in old communities. By constructing a social network model based on the influence of stakeholders on barrier factors，the paper delineates the network characteristics of stakeholders and barrier factors at various stages of the project and reveals their impact mechanisms. Based on the model analysis，proposes collaborative governance strategies targeting the core indicators，aiming to advance the construction of aging-friendly renovation projects in old communities in China with warmth and quality.
