摘要：“3060双碳目标”的提出和绿色金融概念的兴起推动了资本市场对环境、社会与公司治理（ESG）投资的重视，使我国建筑业开始关注低碳发展战略。建筑企业实施良好的ESG实践不仅影响其市场形象和投资者信心，而且对于实现可持续发展目标至关重要。本文通过对港澳及国际境外建筑承建商在ESG领域先进实践的深入分析，为我国内地建筑企业制定符合国情的ESG战略提供参考和启发。力图促进内地建筑企业在追求高质量发展的同时，提升其在全球市场的竞争实力，为“走出去”做好更充分的准备。

Abstract：The introduction of the "3060 Dual Carbon Goal" and the surge in green finance initiatives have driven the capital market to place greater emphasis on Environmental，Social，and Governance（ESG）investments，prompting the Chinese construction industry to turn its attention towards adopting low-carbon development strategies. The implementation of sound ESG practices in construction companies not only affects their market image and investor confidence but is also crucial for achieving sustainable development goals. This paper offers a comprehensive analysis of the progressive ESG practices employed by international and Hong Kong and Macau contractors. It serves to inform and inspire the mainland Chinese enterprises as they develop ESG strategies tailored to the country's unique context. It aims to promote the mainland construction enterprises' pursuit of high-quality development while enhancing its competitiveness in the global market and making better preparations for "going global".
