摘要：本文针对高等院校大型修缮工程点多面广、工程复杂的特点，深入分析高等院校大型修缮改造项目的难点，主要包括造价控制难、进度控制难、管理成效低等问题。在此基础上，提出制定详细大型修缮改造计划、采用全过程咨询和协同办公的应对策略，以期为未来高等院校大型修缮改造工作提供参考。

Abstract：Focusing on the characteristics of multiple points，wide coverage and complex engineering in large-scale repair projects in higher education institutions，this article thoroughly analyzes the difficulties of large-scale renovation projects in higher education institutions，mainly including cost control，schedule control，and low management effectiveness. On this basis，it proposes response strategies of developing a detailed large-scale renovation plan，adopting consulting service for whole process and collaborative working，to provide references for large-scale renovation of higher education institutions in the future.
