智能化技术在建设项目全过程管理中的应用研究

摘要:以江苏省某新校区建设项目为例,搭建建设项目智能全过程管理架构,探讨智能化技术在项目决策、设计、施工及运营阶段的具体应用,展示其在建设项目全过程管理中的关键作用及成效。针对智能化技术在应用过程中存在的问题和挑战,提出政策配套体系、管理思维转型与机构设置优化等建议,旨在为智能化技术在建设项目全过程管理中的应用提供理论支持和实践指导。关键词:智能化;项目管理;BIM;大数据分析Abstract:This paper takes a new campus construction project in Jiangsu Province as an example to build an intelligent full-process management architecture for construction projects. Then,discusses the specific application of intelligent technology in project decision-making,design,construction and operation stages,and demonstrates its key role and effectiveness in the full-process management of construction projects.
