大型集群工程造价的复杂性与管理机制研究

[摘 要] 运用复杂性科学的基本原理,从整体性、动态性、层次性、开放性和自学习性等方面,对大型集群工程项目的投资造价管理进行复杂性分析,认为大型集群工程项目的投资造价管理是由多个要素构成,要素之间具有复杂的非线性关系,是一个典型的复杂系统。在此基础上提出了评审机制、防范机制、制衡机制、监督机制以及激励机制等工程投资造价管理机制,以强化和完善大型集群工程项目的投资造价管理。[关键词] 复杂性科学,大型集群工程项目,造价管理,管理行为Abstract: Based on the fundamental principles of the complexity science, this paper analyzes the complexity of the investment and cost management of clusters of engineering projects in light of integrity, dynamic, gradation, openness and self-study. It is believed that the investment and cost management of clusters of engineering projects is a typical complex system composed of several essential factors, among which there exists a complicated nonlinear relationship.
