摘要：建筑工人是建筑产业链中不可或缺的要素，建筑工人产业化是建筑业高质量发展的关键。通过文献研究和专家咨询，提炼出建筑工人产业化制约因素指标体系，基于DEMATEL-AISM法，构建建筑工人产业化制约因素模型，分析各因素之间的相互影响和逻辑关系。研究发现，建筑工人产业化进程中最关键的制约因素是劳动法规执行不力、社会保障与管理缺失、职业可持续发展困难、行业技术进步慢。针对关键制约因素提出建筑工人产业化的政策建议。

Abstract：Construction workers are indispensable elements in the construction industry chain，and the industrialization of construction workers is the key to the high-quality development of the construction industry. Based on literature research and expert consultation，an index system of constraints for the industrialization of construction workers has been extracted. Based on the DEMATEL-AISM method，a constraints model for the industrialization of construction workers has been constructed，and the interaction and logical relationship between various factors have been analyzed. The results show that the most critical constraints in the process of industrialization of construction workers are the weak enforcement of labor laws and regulations，the lack of social security and management，the difficulty of sustainable career development，and the slow progress of industry technology. According to the key constraints，the paper puts forward some policy suggestions on the industrialization of construction workers.
